On September 29, 2019, Jeffrey Marty and his wife Stacey Dash got into a physical altercation. Responding to Stacey’s 911 call, law enforcement officers arrived at the married couple’s home in New Port Richey around 8 p.m.
Stacey initially accused Jeffrey of holding her in a chokehold and driving her. Despite her claims, the police noticed scratch marks on Jeffery’s bodies. Stacey was convicted and charged with domestic battery as a result of the discovery. She was arrested and placed on $500 bail.
Many of the charges were later dismissed by Jeffrey. Stacey, for her part, characterized the whole situation as a “marital conflict that escalated.”Jeffrey’s married life with wife Stacey had been nothing short of a fairytale up until the disagreement.
Jeffrey first met the “Clueless” actress in late March 2018, and sparks flew. Needing to capitalize on their chemistry, the couple married in a private wedding ceremony ten days later. Kerry Jones, the bride’s manager, announced the marriage to Page Six.
Stacey’s wedding was her fourth attempt to find “the one.” She had three children with ex-husbands Brian Lovell (1999-2005), James Maby (2005-2006), and Emmanuel Xuereb (2007-2011): two daughters and one son. Jeffrey, on the other hand, shares custody of three children with his first wife.
